The Position

Mission


You will join the Product Development, Integration and Engineering chapter, which aims to build excellence and mastery in innovative software product development capabilities. We provide all software development and integration expertise and technology leadership required across multiple business and foundational teams to leverage technology for improved patient outcomes. It provides rapid prototyping techniques, technology consulting, and advisory to solve particular software solution problems.


As a ServiceNow Consultant Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and administering ServiceNow solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.


You will have to design and build detailed ServiceNow solutions through consulting activities with the business. Responsibilities include consultancy to provide ServiceNow solutions that help achieve the business' goals requiring varied interpersonal, and technical skills, understanding of the business and identifying opportunities for service improvements. Activities happen outside and within projects and besides solution delivery require cost/schedule monitoring and include financial responsibilities like project or service cost estimations / options etc. Actively manages stakeholders to attract new demand and be an established point of contact throughout the organization. 


What you'll be working on


  • Work with clients to assess their business needs and build ServiceNow solutions that meet those needs


  • Participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and deployment


  • Develop and configure ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI pages, client scripts, and other configuration changes to support business requirements


  • Configure and administer modules in ServiceNow Employee Product offerings (Workplace Service Delivery, Teamzone, Legal Service Delivery and more)


  • Design and build ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications and/or modules using APIs, web services, and other integration methods


  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to developers, business analysts, and Scrum masters, Project managers


  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including technical design documents, integration documents and user guides


  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes


  • Provide post-implementation support to clients, including issue resolution and troubleshooting


The ideal candidate


  • Has domain knowledge in ServiceNow and Platform best practices


  • Is proficient in the ServiceNow technology and has experience with the Employee Workflows of ServiceNow (ex: Workplace service delivery, Legal Service delivery)


  • Has a good understanding of the ServiceNow cloud architecture as well as the integration services based on Mulesoft


  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as knowledge in advanced Reporting, Performance Analytics, Automated test framework


  • Strong experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.


  • Is passionate about learning, sharing, and further developing “best practices” and embed it as “next practice” to achieve greater impact


  • Lives the Agile / SCRUM methodology and mindset.


  • Exhibits servant leadership behavior, self-aware leader and a flexible team-player


  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders


  • Possesses a combination of analytical thinking, hands-on problem-solving, and a customer-service mindset


  • Is capable of out-of-the-box thinking paired with the view of the “Big Picture” to "connect the dots"


  • Can challenge requirements in a constructive way to contribute to the goal of reducing maintenance efforts and ensuring upgradability by keeping complexity and customization to a minimum


  • Running Proof of concepts to evaluate specific capabilities with the stakeholders.


  • ServiceNow Certification is a plus
