The Sales Technology & Revenue Operations team is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join a cross-functional team of sales operations associates, system administrators, project managers, software engineers, and enablement experts. You will take a lead role in projects that are critical to the success of the business by removing friction from our internal systems and processes to make our salesforce more efficient and effective.ResponsibilitiesDevelop solutions by leveraging a low-code approach to design that reflects insight and good judgment, balancing flexibility, simplicity, and scalability. This includes: Flow, Validation Rules, custom fields, page layouts, custom objects, Apex or Lightning Web Components developmentLiaise with stakeholders across the entire sales organization and ecosystem (Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Operations) to understand their evolving needsOwn end-to-end project delivery including discovery sessions, solution design, build, testing, and deploymentOversee data migrations and mass updates required as part of solution deliveryServe as an escalation point for field teams on technical issues related to sales systems, respond to support tickets, and troubleshoot Salesforce errors and bugs as neededWork with our external vendors to escalate issues and monitor resolutionMentor and lead daily administrative activities of junior team members in order to design and develop scalable solutionsAssist in training of new users and driving the adoption of Salesforce and integrated toolsAct as a consultant to the business, identify opportunities and propose effective solutionsManage integrations and implement new tools for our go-to-market teamsRequirementsMinimum of 6 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator supporting a sales organization in a large Salesforce orgSalesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, and/or Platform App Builder Certifications are preferredPrior experience working in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or Business Systems teams in a tech company is preferredKnowledge of sales business processes e.g. pipeline generation, deal qualification, forecasting, and territory managementPrior experience with Sales Productivity tools required, for example: Outreach.io, Groove, ZoomInfo, Clari, Seismic, Loopio, etc.Knowledge of Deployment Life Cycle (Build, QA, Staging)Apex/Lightning Development experienceDetail-oriented and process-minded, but also able to explain complex issues, processes and solutions in clear and simple terms to stakeholdersExcellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders in requirement gathering, design, proof-of-concept demonstrations, implementation, and support of solutions we manageAbility to juggle requests of varying urgency and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.The InMobi CultureAt InMobi, culture isn’t a buzzword; it's an ethos woven by every InMobian, reflecting our diverse backgrounds and experiences.We thrive on challenges and seize every opportunity for growth.
