Job Description
Overall Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of React-based web applications
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of React developers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure high-quality coding standards, security and performance optimization
- Stay current with industry trends and new technologies in React development
Skills and Experience:
- React Js , Redux , CSS , Java Script
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (eg HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
- Extensive experience in developing web applications using React and Redux
- Strong understanding of React hooks, context API, and React Native
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Lead the design and implementation of React-based applications
- Mentor junior developers in React development and best practices
- Collaborate with product management and design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Develop and maintain unit, integration and end-to-end tests
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 5-10 years of experience in React development
Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership and mentorship skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies
