Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

About you experience, education, skills, and accomplishments:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Technology, or Engineering, (strongly preferred), or equivalent work experience.

5+ years of working experience in technologies stated below.

Strong skills in the automation and automation frameworks.

Must have worked on:

• Java
• TestNG
• Selenium
• SQL
• Postman
• Rest Assured
• Jenkins
• CI/CD
• Git Hub
• Jira
• Reporting tools like Extent, Allure
• Node.js
• Relational databases: Postgres/Oracle

It would be great if you had

• BDD and Cucumber
• JavaScript
• Continuous Delivery
• AWS
• Basic knowledge on UI and UX frameworks

What will you be doing in this role

• This is hands on role with skill sets in Test Automation, Performance engineering.
• Work on testing of applications developed on AWS
• Work on automating the Performance, Accessibility, and functional testing using various tools/techniques.
• Deliver required tasks is a timely manner while also helping and guiding other team members.
• Manage deliverables of QA team and be POC for any testing related activities.
• Collaborate with other parts of the technology team, including product, development, marketing, etc. to deliver solid product.
• Work on automating the Performance, Accessibility, and functional testing using various tools/techniques.
• Review requirements provided by the business for key projects.
• Provide testing strategy and approach.
• Support identification of right testing strategy, tool and frameworks.
• Ensure yourself and others follow departmental workflow processes, work in a transparent manner, check in code promptly, report development progress in workflow tracking tools.
