We are looking for Lead Python Developer
You’ll make a difference by:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python backend applications.
- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Integrate external systems and services using API Management tools.
- Containerize microservices using Docker, reducing deployment time, and ensuring consistent environments across development, testing, and production.
- Design, implement, and manage SQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
- Write unit tests and perform code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Proactive and willing to learn new technologies.
You’ll win us over by:
- 8+ years of experience in python web application development in any framework (Flask, Django, Fast Api).
- Similar or more experience with any of the relational database (Postgresql, mysql, MS SQL etc).
- Ability to write complex, optimized SQL queries.
- Good knowledge of OOPs concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with RabbitMQ/Kafka or any messaging platform.
- Experience with any cloud provider like AWS, Azure, GCP etc
- Experience in Virtualization concepts including docker & Kubernetes is plus.
- Experience with Unit Testing in any suitable framework.
- Knowledge of high-quality professional software engineering practices for agile software development cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, Agile, release often environment.
- Strong programming skills in python.
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of templating with Jinja in flask is an added advantage.
- Frontend experience with Angular or react.
