Key Responsibilities:
1. Able to read and comprehend customer inquiry & drawings.
2. Able to grasp the requirement sent by the Sales Managers /CSR Managers & translate the same into meaningful required proposals.
3. Gathers pricing, purchasing, shipping and technical information from vendors as needed for proposal.
4. Effective planning and execution of the sales order.
5. Commercial terms, Incoterms and technical knowledge in order evaluations.
6. Ensure to meet customer satisfaction as per the requirement.
7. Ensuring quality & timeliness of proposal/ Order deliverables.
8. Co-ordination with Engineering for product validation.
9. Supporting Sales Managers to meet the targets.
10. Ensure proper documentation.
11. Should be capable of achieving self and the department KPI's.
Education and Experience
Engineering/ Diploma graduate in Mechanical or Production stream with 2-5 years similar experience. Global experience is preferred. ERP system experience in Proposal module is required.

1. Good communication skills that adapt to the situation, and fluent in English
2. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
3. Good planning and organizing skills.
4. Conceptual thinking and problem solving.
5. Structured approach to put order in a development and creative environment, so we can reproduce and become more effective.
6. Ability to establish good connections with a broad range of people and a team player
7. Knowledge in MS-Excel/ Word/ Power Point proficiency is essential.
8. Working experience in ERP system, sales/ purchase module.
