Job Description

  1. Responsibilities
  • Manage complex IT projects to improve supply chain and operations processes.
  • Lead global IT analysts, SMEs, and technical resources in leading, designing and implementing enterprise application solutions.
  • Utilize and advocate for SDLC processes, including support, enhancement, and deployment.
  • Analyze and document business processes, recommend IT solutions, and develop relationships with business leaders to enhance application value.
  • Prioritize and manage project scopes, schedules, and efforts across the organization.
  • Develop and adopt ERP standards and best practices, aligning global business processes.
  • Manage vendor relationships to meet organizational needs cost-effectively.
  • Champion change, innovation, and creativity.
  • Ensure compliance with required controls


Requirements and Qualifications


  • Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience with large ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
  • 10+ years’ functional consulting experience across various functions (projects, manufacturing, quality, inventory, costing, procurement, planning, AP, AR, GL) with strong technical expertise.
  • Significant exposure to enterprise software applications, including Oracle ERP and Data Analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated program management skills, including global deployments and enhancements.
  • Proven success in managing global ERP deployments and solution oversight.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines.
  • Degree in a technology-related field, business administration, equivalent work or education-related experience.
  • High level of personal integrity and professionalism.
