Lead Product Engineer Java

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Lead Product Engineer, you help Seclore to build a complex and challenging but highly usable product with the highest quality which can be used by millions of users without any hindrance to their productivity.
With your expertise, you research and decide the best and most practical solution for complex problems, estimate the work, manage priorities, deliveries and timelines. You mentor, train, and grow team members on design techniques and technologies. You design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance the Seclore product. You also analyse issues reported by customers. You innovate, ideate, and experiment to solve complex and never attempted problems.
You will be a part of the product development and enhancement team and lead one of the many technically passionate engineers.
● Designing and building Server-side components using based best suitable technologies.
● Manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your technical expertise.
● Research solutions and decide the best and most practical solution for complex problems
● Design, develop, test, maintain and enhance the product
● Analyse issues reported by customers
● Mentor and train team members on design techniques and technologies
● Lead the designing of major product components
and features
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
●Relevant experience of 5+ years in full stack
application development in Java/J2EE/Spring or similar frameworks.
●Must have skills of building responsive UI using
Angular, react-JS or other SPA client development.
●Strong working experience in RESTful APIs, MVC,
WebServices, JMS, any data persistence like Hibernate or iBatis, Cloud
deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
●Understanding of integration of third party
Application through API, webhook, JMS or notification service.
●BE / B. Tech / MCA / PGDST or equivalent degree
from reputed institute
●Experience and skills in designing components
and modules.
●Experience in mentoring teams for technical
skills.
●Experience in guiding team for technical needs.
●Attitude, perseverance, innovation, and
curiosity to meet and overcome challenges.
●Working proficiency and communication skills in
verbal and written English
