Our client focuses on utilizing AI technology to enhance regulatory compliance and business due diligence. They offer AI-driven tools to monitor regulatory violations across a variety of platforms, including websites and social media. The solutions provided help businesses and regulatory bodies ensure real-time compliance by identifying violations and consumer complaints quickly. Their technology supports detailed reporting, trend analysis, and custom alerts to track marketing activities, business partners, and other operations for compliance with industry regulations such as UDAAP, SEC/FINRA, and more.


Their services are widely used by financial institutions, fintechs, and regulators to automate the monitoring of marketing compliance, sales communications, and customer support quality


What to expect


The tech stack looks like the below (expect this to change as we scale):


  1. Typescript for APIs
  2. Python scripts for AI/ML
  3. Kafka, Spark, and data warehouses for ML pipelines (spark on Python)
  4. AWS, GCP & Terraform

You can expect to do all of the following:


  1. Build clean, concise APIs for customer integrations, along with the documentation
  2. Setup, run, scale, and maintain infrastructure
  3. Fool-proof security across the stack - encryption, hashing, privacy, VPC, etc.
  4. Infrastructure as code - build terraform scripts and ensure easy replication of the infra across different regions
  5. Manage production deployments, logging, and monitoring
  6. Setup on-call processes
  7. Mentor junior engineers
