As a Lead Pega Developer you will design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.
To be a successful Lead Pega Developer, you should have experience with:
Overall 15+ years of experience in software development with 10-12 years of experience of application design and development in Pega with good People Management & communication skills. Experience in Pega CLM KYC framework. Deep understanding of application design, review and software engineering principles.
Proficiency working on various PEGA components such as Case Lifecycle design, integration, Reports, Asynchronous processing etc. Hands on experience on PRPC Rule Resolution, Inheritance, Circumstancing, Persistence and Multi-node architecture and caching, Deep Understanding of database concepts.
Good understanding of PEGA Performance tools. Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux and should be aware of basic commands.
Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making, Managed team of at least 10 people, Pega CLSA or CSSA certifications.

Strong analytical/problem solving mind set with the ability and willingness to get into the details to find solutions. Experience in an enterprise technology environment.
Interpersonal, communication, presentation and influencing skills. Ability to understand the business context of requirements and apply to the task in hand.
Ability to work under pressure to deliver to committed timescales. Prior experience working in Corporate and Investment Banking Domain.
