This is a hotel development project in Delhi.

Responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for various projects.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leads the design and development of MEP systems for various building types.

  
  

• Conducts site surveys and assessments to gather necessary data.

  
  

• Prepares detailed design drawings, specifications, and calculations.

  
  

• Ensures all designs meet safety, efficiency, and sustainability standards.

  
  

• Coordinates with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure seamless integration of systems.

  
  

• Provides technical support during construction and commissioning phases.

  
  

• Participates in project meetings and provide updates on design progress.

  
  

• Develops and maintain design standards and guidelines.

  
  

• Conducts quality control reviews of design documents.

  
  

• Prepares cost estimates and budgets for MEP systems.

  
  

• Ensures compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.

  
  

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical.

  
  

• Experience in the relevant field.
