developing and supporting Catapult - the industry leading High-Level Synthesis
tool. Catapult is used to design innovative hardware design for machine
learning, self-driving cars, augmented and virtual reality and 5G
communications. This candidate will focus on C++ front end to perform the
language synthesis

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance features related to C++/SystemC language synthesis.
Collaborate with software architecture, development, and QA teams to design, implement, verify, and resolve defects in application software projects.
Apply strong software development practices to ensure maintainable and high-quality source code changes.
Work effectively within a Scrum team to meet deadlines and deliver on time during ongoing release cycles.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve software development processes and procedures.
Participate in feature specification and design, and provide comprehensive unit tests and documentation.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related software development field, with 5+ years of proven experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to clearly communicate code changes.
Proficiency in C++ and at least one scripting language (e.g., Perl, JavaScript, Python).
Experience with software source control systems (e.g., Perforce, Git, CVS).
Familiarity with working in a Linux environment
