Job Description

Siemens EDA is a global technology leader in Electronic Design Automation software. This role is based in Noida. But you’ll also get to visit other locations in India and globe, so you’ll need to go where this job takes you. In return, you’ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries, and the shape of things to come.


Responsibilities for this role include:
  • We design, develop, and maintain Questa Lint Tool using C++.
  • We implement efficient algorithms and data structures to address complex problems.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions!
  • Optimize code for enhanced performance and memory efficiency.
  • Debug and solve issues within the existing codebase.
  • Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • We look for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, ECE, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in C++ programming language and solid understanding of data structures and algorithms is essential for success in this role
  • Familiarity with Verilog and VHDL is a definite advantage.
  • We value individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities are at the heart of everything we do.
Desirable
  • Experience with hardware description languages (Verilog, VHDL) with Knowledge of Digital Electronics.
  • Familiarity with software development tools and version control systems.
