Job Description

Title: Lead, Manufacturing Applications Developer


Location: Bengaluru, KA


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior, Manufacturing Application analyst with 4-7 years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Method Time Measurement solutions (MTM) and Aveva systems, along with a strong understanding of discrete manufacturing processes.


Responsibilities:


  1. Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of MES and Aveva systems to optimize manufacturing processes and data management.
  2. Ensure the MES solutions are scalable and adaptable to accommodate changing business requirements and production demands
  3. Embrace IoT technologies to enable connectivity between shop floor equipment, sensors, and MES systems.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and improve manufacturing workflows and system integrations.
  5. Provide technical expertise and support for MES and Aveva system issues, ensuring minimal disruptions to production.
  6. Ensure the MES solutions are scalable and adaptable to accommodate changing business requirements and production demands
  7. Implement standardized methodologies and best practices across MES implementation and support processes to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in delivering MES solutions
  8. Strengthen cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive manufacturing data and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
  9. Conduct training programs to educate end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in manufacturing systems to recommend and implement continuous improvements.

Requirements:


  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical/Production, or related field.
  2. Experience in C#.NET, VB, SQL Server, Oracle DB technologies
  3. Experience with working on a standard MES system (Aveva MES, OpCenter etc) would be a plus
  4. Proven experience (5-7 years) in implementing and supporting MES applications.
  5. Strong knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes and industry standards.
  6. Proficiency in system integration, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
  7. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
