The candidate will oversee the implementation, configuration and maintenance of MFT systems to facilitate secure and efficient transfer of data.Responsibilities:Must have good experience in JCLExperience in managing Axway B2Bi or similar MFT platformsInstall, configure and maintain the Axway B2Bi and connect Direct platformsStrong knowledge of data management principles and best practicesFamiliarity with scripting languages such as Python and Shell scriptingExperience with security protocols and compliance standards is a plusOptimize and scale MFT solutions to handle increasing data volumes and business demands.Perform regular System updates and patches to ensure optimal performance and securityMonitor system performance, trouble shoot issues and implement necessary fixesCreate detailed technical documentation, including system diagrams and knowledge base articlesIdentify areas of improvement in file transfer workflows and propose solutionsKeep up-to-date with Axway and connect direct product updates and best practices to enhance system efficiencyStrong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure(Linux/Unix)Familiarity with cloud environments(AWS,Azure) and hybrid integrationGood Knowledge on Change and incident managementGood understanding of Vulnerability managementGood understanding of Resiliency, DR Process and BCPFlexible to handle weekend activities as per requirementQualifications : 10+ years of overall experience Stay up to date with Industry trends Familiarity with System monitoring tools like DynatraceTo be successful in this position the candidate should be able to:Work on multiple assigned priorities and tasksHighly self-motivated with the ability to identify areas of focus and address new challengesAbility to work within a multifaceted and fast paced environmentStrive for standardization and simplification in all aspects of workDrive innovationWorking with Us:As a Northern Trust partner, greater achievements await.
