Job Description

Key Responsibilities


1. Performs complex transactions related to HR administrative and operational activities requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience with a high degree of accuracy. 


2. Designs and delivers appropriate training, support and guidance on specialized HR programs and processes, responding to and resolving increasingly complex issues. 


3. Actively participate in designing and implementing standard operating processes to maximize shared services effectiveness and outcomes.


4. Researches, compiles, analyzes, and summarizes data to create shared service presentations, training materials, reports and metrics.


5. Responsible for the training/cross-training of HR Shared Services team on the employment life-cycle processes. Train other teams on shared services processes and programs. 


6. Providing support to the HRSS team by resolving escalations and by providing guidance to junior team members. 


7. Works with external stakeholders and multiple SME's to execute HR programs and processes.


8. Operates under limited supervision for non-routine situations and may be responsible for leading daily operations.
