We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Project Manager.
Work Location: Pune
In this role, you will:
- Lead risk & control agenda for the Cross Border Cross Currency (CBCC) SVS reporting to head of CBCC Risk and Control. Lead the delivery of risk & control projects and program for the portfolio.
- Assist service owners in responding appropriately and effectively to firm-wide risk, cyber and corporate control initiatives.
- Partner with service owners and capability heads to proactively identify risks, non-conformances to HSBC Tech controls framework, determine mitigating actions and remediation activities, and understand the overall risk profile. Also partner with regional RCOs to ensure regional requirements are taken into account.
- Advocate and support initiatives to improve accuracy across all Enterprise Golden Source data repositories.
- Provide technical knowledge to support secure development of applications and remediation programs. Provide visibility of status of action plans and external/internal audit issues.
- Coordinate response to ICMP testing.
- Review allocation of issues to asset classes and agree categorization of high/medium/low. Approve the raising and closure of issues, action plans, but look to automate process.
- Manage the dispensation process through DRAW and Fulfil DBIRO responsibilities for the asset class.
