What you will be doing
Development, designing and building mobile applications for Apple’s iOS platform - iPhone and iPad
- Write code, perform unit testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies
- Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications.
- Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.
- Fixing application bugs before the final release.
- Debug code, and design, implement, integrate, and test solutions in frontend applications
- Collaborate across development, test, product, design and support teams to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose
- Analysis incidents to understand root cause, and contribute to tooling, tests, and documentation to facilitate investigation and prevention of future issues
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies including grooming, planning, stand-up, demos, and retrospectives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and Effective communication skills.
- Able to work as a cross-functional team member as various areas like Developer, UX/UI, Quality Assurance within team.
What you will Bring
- Strong knowledge & experience as an iOS app development 7+ years.
- Proficient in Objective-C, C++, Swift, and Cocoa Touch.
- Extensive experience with latest XCode, XIB/Storyboard, iOS Frameworks, design pattern, Core Data and Core Animation, C-based libraries and third party lib.
- Experience in SOAP, JSON, REST API development is preferred.
- Experience in Test driven development, strong in Unit tests, UI testing, Automation and Functional Tests frameworks like XCUItest/XCTests
- Knowledge of iOS back-end services.
- Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and application interface guidelines.
- Proficient in code versioning tools including SourceTree, Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of Agile, scrum/agile teams and tools like JIRA, confluence etc.
- Payment industry knowledge preferred like EMV domain, card payment processing.
- Preferred thorough technical knowledge of POS/mPOS payment terminal/PED integration SDKs (e.g. Ingenico mPOS EMV SDK).
- Knowledge of EMV and related certification processes and tools preferred.
- Knowledge and expertise on PCI technology standards, transaction processing standards, and related retail standards.
- Code quality security tool like CheckMarx and BlackDuck.hands-on experience with integrating payment terminals to POS and mPOS applications.
