About the role:


Quality Assurance Analyst for Application and Infrastructure implementations that run on public cloud infrastructure.


About the team: 


As part of the Managed Services Quality Control team, you will contribute to the delivery of quality systems and services to our global customer base and gain vast exposure to various technologies and best practices. You will gain a deep understanding of the inner workings of Application and Infrastructure implementations that run on public cloud infrastructure. This will enable you to test systems according to predefined test plans; identify, document and track results; refine existing plans; and help translate functional requirements into effective new plans. You will be an integral part of the continual improvement process for our services, and most of all, you will be the protector and enforcer of our high standards and best practices.


What you will be doing:


  • Ensure that customer systems meet a minimum requirement before being delivered to stakeholders.
  • Execute test cycles for each server we deploy.
  • Identify, document and track results.
  • Communicate with other teams when problems arise and schedule retesting.
  • Create and automate new test plans and refine existing ones as requirements change.
  • Contribute to overall quality control for upgrades and implementations of hardware and software.

What you will need:


  • A business, computer science or related degree
  • Min 3 to 6 years years of experience in Quality Assurance and Control process
  • Quality Control experience
  • An understanding of Windows OS
  • Familiarity with Public Cloud providers such as AWS and Microsoft Azure
  • Good technical troubleshooting skills

Added bonus if you have:


  • Strong analytical skill
  • Experience in ServiceNow
  • Scripting or programming (PowerShell, Python, VBA etc.)
  • Other software testing tools
  • Citrix
