About the role:
Develop core versions of software application.
Identify client requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives.
Interact with engineering groups to assist in design changes to equipment and/or software.
Research for client to find out the production issues and bugs.

What you will be doing:
Functional Requirements and perform requirement analysis
Estimate and Monitor Estimates
Work with Business teams to prioritize work
Prepare detailed design documentation
Development/Enhancement/Bug fixes
Handling production issues
Responding to queries raised by various stakeholders
Close co-ordination with boundary partners like Operations/Clients Services etc.
Rotational On-Call Night Support
What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training.
And having relevant 4 to 6 Years of work experience in Core Java.
Java Technologies- Core Java
Multithreading, Collections, Jsp, servlet, Spring, Web Service, Oracle
Logging Tool-Log 4J
Build tool- maven Ant , Repository- SVN
IDE-RAD (Rational Application Developer)
Servers-IBM WebSphere Application Server
Experience with SQL and MQ Series is a plus
Ability to work in an agile development environment where developers and testing personnel work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded.
Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and teambuilding skills working with technical and non-technical individuals.

Proven programming experience
Working in stressed environment
Experience of Agile Scrum will be an added advantage
Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.
