Overview Looking for a skilled and motivated Identity & Access Management Automation Engineer with 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic IT Security team. As an IAM Automation Engineer, the candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions for our Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. Your expertise will help streamline processes, enhance security, and improve the overall efficiency of our IAM operations. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Automation Development: Design, develop, and implement automation scripts and workflows for various IAM processes, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and role management. Technology Expertise: Utilize scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell), IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD), and APIs to automate IAM tasks. Process Improvement: Analyze existing IAM processes, identify areas for automation, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Security Focus: Adhere to security best practices and ensure that automation solutions maintain the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data. Collaboration: Work closely with IAM team members, IT operations, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation scripts, workflows, and processes. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts and IAM systems. Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in IAM automation and identify opportunities to enhance our automation capabilities. Qualifications Qualifications: Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in IAM automation. Technical Skills: Strong scripting skills in Python or PowerShell. Experience with IAM tools such as Broadcom Identity Manager, Okta, or Azure AD. Knowledge of REST APIs and web services. IAM Knowledge: Solid understanding of IAM concepts, principles, and best practices. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Additional Preferred skills: Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools Familiarity with IT security frameworks (NIST) Relevant certifications
