● Optimize site configurations for UX and program, Delivers analysis of results to partners.
● Leverage knowledge of the brand, customer behavior and catalog to optimize site
search for maximum conversion, creating and connecting themes across partner
portfolio
● Deeply understand of sales and inventory levels by department/category, to proactively
identify merchandising and site opportunities
● Own and optimize site experience technology, such as search engine technology (ie.
Algolia)
● Setup and management of all marketing and promotional campaigns in accordance with
the marketing calendar; track and report on performance of campaigns for incorporation
into site marketing best practices; build and document repeatable processes
● Proactively evaluate site management tooling to identify opportunities for increased
efficiency and scale.
● Track feature performance by partner; work with product to influence product offering
strategy
● Leverage knowledge of the brand, customer behavior and catalog to drive increased
conversion and related goals through manual and programmatic merchandising
● Manage ad hoc requests to change copy throughout (TX emails, landing pages etc)
● Prioritize development and/or site enhancement work to optimally balance XYZ
● 5+ years experience in ecommerce, site marketing, design, or merchandising roles
● Demonstrated experience managing an ecommerce site (ecommerce production)
● Demonstrated experience owning traffic and conversion plans
● Demonstrated experience supporting technical product roadmaps, implementing
software applications and/or providing strategic advisory services
● Experience driving cross-functional initiatives involving partners to deliver results
● Self starter and effective at time management, ability to look across landscape and
prioritize and execute; ability to manage execution with strategic thinking
● Ability to think horizontally across many partners and their needs and strategically
connect those needs to multiple functional roadmaps within Trove
● Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make sound decisions and provide deep
insights to partners to help them invest in and grow their business
● Attention to detail. Does not let details slip through the cracks or derail a project
