Job Description:
The person hired for this position will be part of a team whose objective and responsibility are software development utilizing a DevOps approach for cloud native projects in the Digital Product Center of Excellence. This position’s primary responsibility is to support 3M Divisions and Labs. A deep understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) systems, AWS/Azure, version control systems, CI/CD, and release pipelines is critical.

Additional Skills:
- Primary contact for 3M teams to assist and resolve CI/CD pipeline issues using internal 3M deployment frameworks
- Aids and consultation to other applications groups and work within cross-functional teams
- Develops AWS/Azure application using cloud native technologies
- Develops monitor, and troubleshoot applications in a cloud environment
- Source code control using Git based repositories
- Minimum eight (8) years IT professional experience
- Minimum five?(5) years Software Development experience
- Minimum two?(2) years CICD pipeline experience
- Direct hands on application development experience using CICD pipelines
- Direct hands on experience deploying Infrastructure through scripting in a cloud environment
- Experience debugging and resolving software issues with a pipeline environment
- Expertise in designing software utilizing core AWS/Azure service offerings
- Experience with Windows and Linux Operating Systems and/or Containers
- Experience with IaaS tools including CloudFormation, Terraform, etc.
- Database exp - NoSQL Drone CI
- BE or B.Tech in computer science or IT
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree from an accredited university preferred
- Ability to multi-task and handle large workloads under time constraints
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and team collaboration skills

- Exposure to multiple Software languages (.NET, Python, PHP, Java, JavaScript)
- A solid understanding in core web and browser concepts.
- Experience with React or another modern JavaScript web framework (Angular, VueJS etc.).
- Certification in Azure and/or AWS
- Data interchange formats (XML, JSON, YAML)
- Various build and deployment automation tools (Drone CI, MSBuild, Chef, Jenkins)
- Cloud formation
- IICS
- Self motivated with great organizational skills.
