We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Lead Architect
- Lead the design and development of conceptual, logical and physical data models to support business requirements, operational and analytical needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data modelling solutions that meet business needs.
- Establish and maintain data standards, best practices, and governance policies for data modelling.
- Mentor and train team members on data modelling techniques, best practises, tools, and methodologies.
- Work closely with data architects, data engineers, and analysts to create a cohesive data strategy.
- Participate in design and architecture discussions to ensure alignment with data modelling efforts.
- Deliver all artifacts related to data models and update them to keep it up to date.
- Stay up to date with emerging data technologies, trends, and industry developments. Evaluate and recommend new tools and methodologies to enhance data capabilities
