Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead with a strong background in managing data and system integrations, as well as overseeing SaaS (Software as a Service) applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in data integration strategies, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex integration environments. This role will involve leading technical initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless operation and optimization of both our data integrations and SaaS applications.


Responsibilities:


  • Design, implement, and manage data integration solutions across various systems, ensuring data consistency, quality, and accessibility.
  • Monitor and optimize data flows, addressing bottlenecks and ensuring timely data availability.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements in all data integration processes.
  • Lead the design and implementation of integration strategies between SaaS applications.
  • Oversee the integration of various data sources, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow across the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, staying abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in both data and SaaS integration.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the alignment of data integration and SaaS strategies with overall IT architecture and objectives.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues related to data integrations and SaaS applications.
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.

Qualifications:


      • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
      • 7+ years of experience in IT with a focus on data integrations, system integrations, and SaaS application management
      • Strong technical expertise in SaaS platforms preferably in HR business
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Strong project management and organizational skills.
      • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

      Preferred Qualifications:


      • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in HR technology.
      • Expertise in integration platforms and tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Talend, or similar.
      • Solid knowledge of security best practices, compliance standards, and data protection regulations.
      • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
