Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of data analysts to deliver high-impact insights and reports.
- Collaborate with brands to define data requirements and deliver valuable business insights.
- Perform complex data analysis, including statistical modeling and data mining, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Design and implement data visualization solutions to communicate findings effectively.
- Drive data governance and data quality initiatives to maintain data integrity.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of data excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Business).
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with at least 6+ years.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Excel, Python(basics)).
- Solid knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership and team management experience.
