Reliability Impact Manager – Refining


We don’t just sell APM software. We deliver operational value to our customers. Throughout our customer’s journey from pre-selection, through delivery and into value sustainment, we focus on addressing our customers most pressing reliability challenges and delivering a comprehensive solution which we help embed deep in their operations.


You will be at the center of the customer’s journey using your subject matter expertise and management skills to support APM deals before, during, and after deployment of the software. When needed, you will utilize your industry & asset reliability expertise to engage senior customer executives to support the sales process. You will serve as one of the customer’s primary contact points during a highly consultative selling and delivery process and will be responsible for value delivery at your customer’s facilities. You will continue to support the customers after the implementation is complete, to ensure they achieve the business outcomes through integrating the tool into their operations, and to drive expansion of the customer’s APM program.


Key Responsibilities


·Support account teams to customize APM pitch materials to reflect a specific customer’s needs


·Support development of business case and value estimation


·Provide business value & success criteria for demos and proof of concepts during sales phase


·Manage customer diagnostics including reviewing assets to connect to APM, and coordinating with key customer stakeholders


·Manage change mgmt., training, and adoption support to help customer integrate solution into their operations


·Track value provided by solution to customers, and provide guidance on what to adapt in the solution to deliver on pre-sales promises


·Provide input to product team to improve value of solution and to prioritize development efforts


·Work with the customer to ensure expansion and renewal of APM subscriptions



YOU MUST HAVE


·Bachelor's degree / equivalent, with significant experience in the field


·At least 10 years of experience in refining/petrochemicals industry, with focus on maintenance, or reliability OR 10+ years in asset performance management technical sales


·Strong understanding of underlying economics of refining/petrochemicals industry and primary levers to increase profitability


·Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders


·Excellent communication, written communications, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences


·Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines

·Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships


·Ability to articulate complex, solution oriented, value propositions


·Experience in technical writing and preparation of proposals


·Experience with change mgmt. processes to integrate technology into a companies operations


·Ability to achieve results through influence in a matrixed-team environment


·Understanding of standard asset types including common “bad actors” and critical assets


·In-depth knowledge of Honeywell and competitor asset reliability platforms, products and technologies


·High-level understanding of modeling including AI/ML


·Experience in Asset Performance Management solutions


·Familiarity with industry regulatory requirements and future mandates
