Job Description:


Key Responsibilities



Reporting Strategy & Design:


  • Design, develop and maintain credit risk reporting systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and meet regulatory requirements.


  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and business objectives.


  • Design and develop reporting solutions that are scalable across multiple regions and business units in line with existing risk data strategy.


  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics to be captured in global reports.


Data Analysis & Requirements Gathering:


  • Analyse existing data sources and reporting processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.


  • Gather and document detailed business requirements from cross-functional teams.


  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for reporting specifications, data flows, and process changes.


Global Reporting Implementation:


  • Support the end-to-end implementation of reporting tools and systems, ensuring alignment with global standards.


  • Assist in the configuration of reporting platforms, ensuring that data is integrated from various global systems.


  • Coordinate with IT, data engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency in reporting.


Regulatory Compliance:


  • Ensure all credit risk reporting processes comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.


Training & Documentation:


  • Create and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users of the global reporting systems.


  • Ensure proper documentation of reporting tools, processes, and workflows.


Continuous Improvement:


  • Monitor the performance of global reporting Suite and propose enhancements based on feedback and emerging business needs.


  • Stay updated on reporting trends, and emerging technologies that could improve the reporting process. 


Preferred Skills:


  • Experience with ETRM Systems.


  • Familiarity with cloud-based reporting platforms (e.g., Azure, data-bricks, SaaS).


  • Experience in data modelling, data warehousing, or business intelligence architecture.


Key Skills and Qualifications


  • Experience:


    • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or analytics roles, with at least 2 years of experience in design and implementation of global or large-scale reporting projects.


    • Strong experience in reporting systems (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Spotfire, SAP BusinessObjects, or similar).


    • Familiarity with database systems (e.g., Oracle, MS SQL, SAP HANA) and data integration processes


  • Technical Skills:


    • Proficient in SQL and/or other data querying languages to retrieve and analyse data.


    • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and data analysis tools.


    • Experience with data visualization tools and the ability to create clear, actionable reports for diverse audiences.


    • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data management principles.


  • Project Management:


    • Experience working within an Agile, Waterfall and Lean Six Sigma project management environment as a Leader for example Project Manager.


    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment.


  • Communication Skills:


    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.


    • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.


  • Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking:


    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in reporting processes.


    • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and post-launch.


  • Educational Background:


    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.


    • Advanced certifications or training in business analysis, data analysis, or project management is a plus.
