ABOUT THE ROLE:
SAP Integration Lead Consultant (CPI / BTP Integration Suite / PI / PO) is
responsible for the analysis, design, development and implementation of interfaces.
10 + years of experience in SAP Integration projects and experience with S/4HANA
Systems.
This position has system-wide responsibility on complex Integration and components
and may solve highly technical complex problems.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities of Role
Configure and maintain applications to meet business process and application
requirements
Participate in the design, development, and execution of innovative integration solutions between internal and external information systems that support IT strategy and overall business objectives
Working knowledge of business processes (sales order processing, purchasing, distribution, payables, and receivables etc.)
Be a leader in gathering requirements, propose effective remedies, develop, test, anddeploy scalable well-coordinated solutions to business problems. Collaborate withthe team to drive innovation, share knowledge, and support each other.
Architecting, designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-wide Integrationsusing SAP BTP / CPI Platform in the cloud
Skills and Experience
Essential
3+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Integration, SAP BTP/CPI technologies, IDOCS, Web Services, RESTful, DevOps experience
SAP BTP and CPI programming and through knowledge of S/4HANA and Non-SAP Integration
Hands-on experience with iFlows, SOAP calls, JDBC calls, ABAP RFC, and oData services
Must have experience with EDIFACT (ORDERS, ORDRSP, INVOIC, DESADV, etc) & ANSI X12 standards
Java Script, Groovy Script resources development is a must
API Business Hub – knowing the key prebuilt APIs (such as Service Now, Alight,
Concur, Outlook, etc) and experience with building custom APIs
Experience with API Management and Integration Advisor for EDI mapping and B2BTrading Partner management
Experience with standard integrations like Concur, Coupa, Workday, Ariba and otherplatforms
Security management of API platform and Gateway
Integrations with SAP HANA (OData), Http, SOAP and SFTP and Transformations
Knowledge of SAP ABAP programming for S4 HANA
Experience designing and building enterprise service bus on SAP BTP Integrations and Extensibility framework
Development Methodologies: Agile & Sprint development, Team oriented, Activeteam participation & result oriented
Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing and Test Case Writing,Documentation, Application Trouble shooting & requirements analysis, estimation,and technical support
Strong communication skills (writing and verbal) and Ability to effectivelycommunicate & understand business user
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
SAP PIT Tool usage for regression testing
Flexibility to work in shifts and working from office
Knowledge of event driven architecture
Desirable
SAP BTP Integration Suite Certification
SAP PI /PO related Java experience
Working knowledge on security materials, session handling, authentication methods,set up.
Be responsible for providing services for application interface production monitoring,job monitoring and making sure system/interfaces are up and running
SAP SolMan Focus Build experience
SAP Activate Methodology and supporting tools like JIRA
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Education Background
Engineering Graduate or Postgraduate from reputed University
