About the role:
Ensuring implementation changes, including deploying and upgrading of environmental components, are completed in a timely manner.
Ensuring the support for the client during the implementation period.
Requires strong technical, analytical, and planning skills. Extremely effective communication skills are essential as this role has client facing elements.

The Capital Markets Services Transformation and Acceleration Team has four primary functions:
Service Acceleration – Changing processes and technology to help consulting, CX and CIO (through packages, Automation, Robotics and Educational Content).
Service Development - Support the lines of business, working with sales, presales, development and managing the evolution of our services.
Service Enablement – Planning and Validation to support consulting and managing the Capital Markets relationship with CIO, working with Delivery Management and Supporting Escalations.
Transformation Ops – Driving oversight of key transformation programs and organizational effectiveness.

What you will be doing:
Making appropriate and necessary service changes to meet contractual requirements. This will include, but not be limited to:
Infrastructure
Networking and connectivity
Application
And general configuration
Configuring SSO and general client access.
Ensuring metadata collection is in-place and configured to collect both application usage and environmental performance metrics.
Assist in managing the processes required to maintain the Managed Testing Service environments, including database refreshes.
Help develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts based on client business scenarios.
Provide guidance and instruction to other members of the Managed Services Team.
Liaise with the wider Capital Markets teams.
Adhere to the policies, procedures, and reporting for the Managed Testing Service.
Reporting to the client on continuous monitoring of availability, attainment of SLAs, and Service Level Credits.
Collaboratively develop policies, procedures, and reporting methods for Managed Services with the Application Support team
Manage the processes required to maintain the client’s Production and test environments for Application, including deploying upgrades, hot-fix, and data-fix scripts.
Execute the scripts required to maintain the client’s environments.
What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
3+ Years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of application operational processes, infrastructure, configuration, logging, troubleshooting, installation, interfaces, and batch processes would be an advantage.
Mandatory knowledge of Windows Servers.
Mandatory knowledge of Public, Private Networking.
Strong deployment/implementation planning skills.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Excellent written/verbal communication with client and wider team (English must be very clear on the phone).
Able to establish a rapport with customer and colleagues.
Excellent time management and self-motivation, able to lead, direct and motivate others.
Able to evaluate and prioritize items.
Awareness of Change Management procedures and ITIL processes.
Basic knowledge of Terraform.
Basic knowledge of AWS and Azure compute and storage.
Added bonus if you have:
Any deployment tool – Octopus/Harness.
Any repository tool such as Bitbucket/GitHub.
Windows PowerShell Scripting.
Knowledge of Databases.
