Job Title : Lead – Business Integration Analyst (SAP PP)
Educational Qualifications:
Any Bachelor's/master’s degree with 4+ years of experience in SAP Production and Planning. Should have experience on SAP Support and implementation projects. Also willing to work in US Shift/Night Shift.
Job Responsibilities
- The responsible person will contribute as a key analyst supporting both production and implementation tasks/activities. The analyst will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, planning, developing, testing, documenting, and implementing processes within a variety of business units.
- As SAP PP specialist, the candidate should have a good functional knowledge in standard SAP Production modules along with integration with other SAP modules.
- He/she should be very familiar with the Manufacturing processes. He/She should be comfortable with components of SAP PP such as BOM ( PP-BD-BOM), Production version, Work Center, Routings ,Production Planning Cycle & the concerned dataset ( table structure).
- Work with business users to interpret and refine business requirements on projects.
- Translate business requirements into designs and specifications that consider business process, industry trends and SAP best practices.
- As lead of small efforts will act as project manager, business analyst, and technical lead.
- On large efforts may fill a combination of business analyst, technical lead, or individual contributor role.
- Lead or support all phases of testing including managing test data, devising test cases and resolving test findings.
- Contribute to or lead training and documentation efforts in support of project work.
- Support multiple business units.
- Work with and coordinate across multiple technical teams.
- Provide level three production support for issues and enhancement requests.
- Provide analysis and estimates for upcoming tasks.
- Demonstrate an understanding and proficiency in business analysis best practices as well as hands on SAP design and configuration.
- Strong people skills, business skills and SAP skills are crucial for success.
- Will apply lean principles to issue resolution, process improvement and product design.
- Use technical and communication skills with business knowledge to own the successful resolution of business problems.
- Needs to be able to communicate well with nontechnical business users at any levels or location.
- Needs to be able to communicate well with technical team, both on and offshore.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills a must.
- Ability to work well in a virtual team environment with peers; business partners and end users.
- Self-directed and experienced with minimal management oversight.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical customers; peers and team members.
- Must be highly organized and able to juggle multiple customer, business partners and business priorities.
- Ability to lead in a fast-moving, high-pressure software development and deployment environment.
- Ability to negotiate with business and resolve internal and external conflicts.
- Experience/knowledge working in the Aerospace & Defense industry is a plus
