We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-orientedIdentity and access management (IAM) Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for IAM projects including certificate management. You will play a crucial role in preparing detailed, accurate, and well-structured documentation, including functional requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories. Your expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and technical translation will be essential in the successful implementation of IAM demand management initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for Identity and access management projectsand also for certificate management & Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) projects.
• Document detailed and accurate functional requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and address any issues or concerns.
• Work closely with Managed Service Provider (MSP), solution architects, JLL ADteam , Azure team, JLL security teams, Okta, messaging and development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
• Participate in the development and testing, ensuring alignment with documented requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to validate the implemented solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to stakeholders during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Conduct regular project status updates, identify risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to IAM.
• Implementing Zero trust framework, group policies, authentication, and authorization

Requirements:
• 7 to 10 years of experience in IT industry with strong product management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in Identity and access management.
• Familiarity with Certificate Management platforms such as PKI and Venafi.
• Familiarity with IAM platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt and its modules
• Strong understanding of security, identity, access management, AD, Cloud, MFA, Okta and Azure.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with business process modelling tools
• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
