Mastercard Processing is an issuing processor headquartered in Warsaw, Poland and operating in 32 European markets. We offer comprehensive payment solutions that empower customers to launch payment products with efficiency, scalability and speed to market. Lead Business Analyst, Compliance Team
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong technical acumen to join our diverse team of business/system analysts, becoming part of the PMT guild. In this role, you will join our Compliance agile team, ensuring platform adherence to regulatory requirements. The role requires in-depth analysis of a wide variety of regulatory announcements ofter rquiring cooperation with stakeholders from outside the Mastercard Processing program. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and expert communication skills are essential. Your responsibilities will include platform impact assessment and detailed documentation of functional requirements for platform updates. As a part of the agile team you will support Compliance Oficers, Product Owner and work shoulder to shoulder with software and quality engineers.
About the Role
• Analyze regulatory announcements to assess the impact on Mastercard Processing products and platform.
• Document requirements for platform changes to comply with internal and external regulations.
• Support your team in understanding requirements, especially in defining the testing scope and designing software changes/configuration.
• Work with vendors to define the change scope and validate delivered software.
• Support Compliance Officers in preliminary assessment of announcements.
• Collaborate with other analysts to develop department-wide analytical good practices and standards.
• Create and develop MP interface specifications.
• Support the Product Owner in decomposition and refinement of the team's product backlog.
• Assist other agile teams in understanding and implementing regulatory requirements.
• Occasionally work with clients to discuss details of regulatory requirements.
All about You
• Good understanding of the cards and payments area.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to handle conversations with customers.
• Knowledge of the Enterprise Architect tool.
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN.
• Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within project timeframes.
• A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude towards change.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills.
• Proven experience in analysis (at least 3 years).
