Job Description
  • Should be able to lead a team by defining project scope and deadline.
  • Assist project managers and development team during the project life cycle especially reviewing & executing test cases, training business users, and leading UAT.
  • Maintain sprint delivery and testing strategies.
  • Identify gaps amongst existing product and client requirements and suggest possible solutions.
  • Curiosity and internal motivation to constantly improve.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfort level to speak their mind and defend ideas based on merit, yet humility and hunger to learn from others.
  • Research and development analysis
  • Handhold the testing team during various phases of testing.
  • Act as a guide/mentor and prepare more leaders by using the knowledge, skill, and experience.
  • Work on multiple projects and able to manage time accordingly.
  • Liaising with Business SMEs/ Project Managers/ QA team during various stages of the Project.
  • Design methods and techniques for preparing and presenting business cases.

Qualifications

Key qualifications include experience with:


  • 4-8 years of experience in testing and writing specs
  • Working knowledge of excel, word and PowerPoint.
  • Agile development practices
  • Insurance Industry experience is a plus
  • Experience in financial industry
  • Hands-on Experience working on different rule engines and process automation tools and techniques.
  • SQL knowledge will be added advantage.
