You will be closely working with our product Darwin™, a cloud-based global benefits management and employee engagement software, used by some of the world’s most innovative companies.
You will be responsible for implementing Darwin by configuring it to meet our Client requirements. You will perform testing of configured functionality and then help supporting post launch work for our Clients (Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing).
You will need to have solid understanding of benefits and how these are built on Darwin. They understand end-end benefit administration processes including interfacing on Darwin. You will be responsible for delivering project tasks given to them by more senior members of the team as well as being able to help scope and provide basic estimates for Darwin configuration work.
You will be expected to share knowledge both on an ad-hoc basis with other team members or as part of a post project review. May be asked to knowledge sharing and buddy new team members after 6-12 months experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Darwin™ Knowledge
- Be able to perform most high complexity configuration tasks with no guidelines or supervision ;
- Able to design, build and perform unit testing on complex outbound and inbound interface (EG: Payroll report for a Client, provider report for a Client)
- Assess configuration impact and communicate this to stakeholders involved before the configuration starts
- Perform peer review and offer guidance on Medium/High complexity configuration to other configuration specialists
- Configures and schedules standard provider reports and creates new reports for payroll and all simple-medium-complex tasks as defined in the ‘Darwin Core Skills’ matrix
- Understands the end to end delivery process
- Ability to coach team on Domain, DARWIN tool and process understanding
SD internal process
- Perform unit testing of all configuration assigned in due time
- Manage projects by following the ID3 methodology, using templates and the process flow described on Confluence
- Perform regular reviews of the project in different stages, (if required) have input on research and requirements phase of the project
- Actively supports the UAT phase of a project to ensure successful completion among project lead
Communication
- Organize project related meetings and follow-up after meetings: Produces clear actions/minutes from meetings and circulates accordingly
- Own communication on projects/client assigned: pro-actively inform project stakeholders about status of work

- New topics: be able to perform research of any work related topics for projects or meetings using internal tools
- Seeks out opportunities for self to be assigned to different projects to demonstrate and develop new and existing skills
- Seeks development by reaching to a mentor or colleagues who can provide advice, direction and share insights on various parts of the projects you are assigned
- Actively attend team trainings: SD Specific Trainings, Darwin™ related knowledge session, Technology product updates
- Prove responsibility for own development: keep objectives tracker updated, ask 360 feedback from colleagues as agreed with line manager, keep Darwin skills tracker updated, identify new areas to develop
- Attend the Advance Enablement sessions, Lessons learnt sessions
- Focus towards training and mentoring the new members in the team.
- Is able to analyze the gaps in performance and works with clear action plan to improve self performance
- Is able to show improvement and client delivery trends using data – Utilization, defects, efficiency achieved
- Understand the project metrics – effort variance, defects and process compliance and works towards completing the project within the defined effort boundaries.
- Delivers with improved efficiency from one project to another
- Is able to identify improvement opportunities and suggests the same.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
An eye for detail – good logical and numerical reasoning
Fast learner with the ability to pick up new tasks quickly
Domain
- Sound understanding of Health benefits and end-end benefit administration processes including interfacing on Darwin
Process/Project Management
- Sound knowledge of SDLC/STLC concepts
- Knowledge of Workflow tools(preferably Jira)/Defect Management/RCA
- Understanding of Agile Environment using Kanban Methodology
Added Advantage
- Prince 2/Agile Certification
- Basic HTML skills
- Good data manipulation skills in Excel
Education:
- B.Tech / MCA/ B.Sc.(IT) / BCA from reputable institute in any stream
Eligibility:
- Minimum 9 years work experience
