We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Assistant Vice President - Decision Sciences 

Principal Responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert in Basel Model development domain independently leading projects and working directly with business to deliver high quality output.
• Ensure Basel model development and maintenance is in line with HSBC North America Holdings (HNAH) Inc. standards.
• Work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously and deliver in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.
• Ensure adherence with all the applicable compliance policies (Data security policy, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), operational risk, Functional manual, HSBC North America Holdings (HNAH) Compliance Manual, Audit recommendations, Internal Control requirements, regulatory guidelines etc.) and business standards of Organization as applicable.
• Take timely action on Audit and Interest Maintain Reserve (IMR) comments and be able to demonstrate compliance with Internal controls.
• Proactively identify challenges or new opportunities and provide solutions.
• Highly adaptable with strong organizational and analytical skills.
