Job Description:
- Minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in Workday with experience in developing / support Integration
- Hands-on Integration experience in EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, Hands on experience in XMLs/XSLTs, DT and Web Services - SOAP and REST
- Knowledge on Workday HCM concepts.
- Knowledge on Standard and Custom Reports, PICOF (Payroll Interface) and PECI based integrations, Calculated Fields.
- Knowledge on the developing Webservices in EIB/STUDIO integrations
- Knowledge in developing Integrations Using EIB's, DT and Core connectors
- Good understanding on the Security Configuration and Business Process setup
- Ability to understand the requirement end to end both Technical and Functional and to work the requirements independently and to effectively communicate details to the clients.
- Loading Bulk Data using EIB.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, unit test, deploy and migrate Workday Integrations
- Facilitate discussions with Stake holders, external resources and/or Functional team needed for Integrations.
- Understand, analyse and suggest best approach for the Integration requirements
- Prepare Design Documents, KT and Cut-over plan documents.
- Support End to End and Parallel testing.
- Workday Upgrades releases
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Graduate (preference for a focus in Technology Services or Computer Science)
- Minimum of 3 years of practical Workday configuration experience. Knowledge in HCM or Absence Management is an added advantage
- Prior experience working with Workday Integrations for at least 3 years (Having any other module experience such as HCM, Absence, Payroll, Benefits will be beneficial
- Working knowledge of PM tools such as MS Project and MS Excel Key Skills
- Should have Workday Studio knowledge
