We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Operator to join our team in Mysuru, India. As a Laundry Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and quality of linens and uniforms for our organization. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and attention to detail are highly valued.

• Count and process dirty linens and uniforms for laundering
• Operate industrial washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment
• Sort, fold, and distribute clean linens and uniforms to various departments
• Maintain accurate inventory records of linens and uniforms
• Identify and report items that require repair or replacement
• Ensure proper handling of different fabric types and follow care instructions
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily laundry quotas
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions

• Primary school education or equivalent
• Good oral proficiency in English
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads
• Keen attention to detail in sorting and handling various types of fabrics
• Basic math skills for counting and inventory management
• Ability to follow safety protocols and operate laundry equipment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
• Previous experience in laundry operations is a plus, but not required as training will be provided
