Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Lathe Turner with at least 5years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining lathe machines to produce precision components as per technical specifications. The role demands a strong understanding of machining techniques, tools, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities✔️ Operate conventional and CNC lathe machines for machining metal components
✔️ Read and interpret
engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications✔️ Measure and inspect finished workpieces using
micrometers, calipers, and gauges✔️ Set up tools, fixtures, and materials to ensure accurate machining operations
✔️ Perform
turning, facing, drilling, threading, and grooving operations as required
✔️ Ensure
tight tolerances and maintain quality standards in all machined components
✔️ Maintain and troubleshoot lathe machines for
optimal performance
