Job Description

  • Incident and Service Request management – ticket triage, prioritization, analysis, investigation, and resolution
  • Problem management – Provided support to problem management team on root cause analysis and implementation of permanent fix
  • Change Implementation in non prod and prod environment
  • Sync up non prod and prod environment in terms of application version, patch level and configuration
  • Maintain DR site and perform DR activity once every 6 months
  • Create knowledge articles and known error database
  • Work on system improvement plans
  • Provide support to projects team
  • Provide oncall support after business hours and on weekends/public holidays
  • Maintenance window implementation and support
  • Monitoring of alerts and events
  • System Health check report
  • Audit artifacts support (e.g. PCI DSS, EY, KPMG)
