Description and Requirements

• Monitor and manage Linux servers hosting SAP HANA and BWA systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic Linux and SAP HANA/BWA-related issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks like patching, upgrades, and backups.
• Provide first-level support for Linux and SAP HANA/BWA-related incidents.
• Document and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
• Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and meet service delivery objectives.
• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong understanding of Linux operating systems (Red Hat, SUSE, Ubuntu)
• Knowledge of SAP HANA and BWA concepts
• Experience with shell scripting (Bash, Korn)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability1 to multitask

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Certifications: Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or SUSE Certified Administrator (SCA) (preferred)
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Linux administration, with a focus on SAP HANA and BWA
