About the role

The candidate should have a proven entrepreneurial track record in the food industry, specifically in the Ingredients and Flavours business. This person will ensure that sales targets are met by expanding Kerry’s customer base and satisfying customers’ needs through providing high quality service and supply partnerships within the region.




Key responsibilities
  • Deep account profiling with focus on new customer acquisition and developing existing key accounts.
  • Strategic planning and implementation of workshops and Innovation day for different categories by co-ordinating with different departments and affiliates.
  • Strengthen client product offering through data-driven market & consumer insights, staying abreast of market trends & identifying new market potential.
  • Develop, manage, and lead a solid project pipeline with deep knowledge of each of the key projects and the health of each project and its probability for success to determine if additional investments/resources are required. 
  • Business development across a range of Kerry technologies going to the customers Relationship management with Key stakeholders (R&D, Marketing, Procurement, Menu Management) in Key Accounts. 
  • Lead cross functional teams to support selling initiatives with Key Accounts 
  • Managing the complete sales cycle & delivering on sales & margin targets.


Qualifications and skills
  • Preferably a Graduate / Post-graduate Degree.
  • Preferably in Food Technology with minimum of 8+ years of experience in Food Industry.
  • Above average presentation skills.
  • Strong analytic skills.
  • Very intuitive and have the proven ability to manage projects.
  • Ability to work to high ethical standards.
