Read more about the life in PayU here Role Overview:We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to join our Partnerships & Alliances team. The ideal candidate will not only manage existing partnerships but also actively hunt for new strategic partners to drive business growth. This role requires extensive experience in partnership development, with a strong focus on identifying, negotiating, and onboarding new partners in the fintech or payments ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesPartnership Hunting: Proactively identify, approach, and onboard new strategic partners to enhance PayU’s capabilities, expand the company's market reach, and unlock new revenue streams.Partnership Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with both new and existing partners, ensuring long-term success and mutual value creation.Business Development: Drive partner-led business development initiatives, identifying collaboration opportunities that align with PayU’s goals and create sustainable growth.Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, managing partner needs and expectations, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.Revenue Growth: Lead efforts to generate revenue through new and existing partnerships, including negotiating commercial terms and developing go-to-market strategies with partners.Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to identify opportunities for partnership and stay ahead in the payments and fintech industry.Strategic Planning: Contribute to the overall partnership and alliances strategy, driving alignment between PayU’s business objectives and partner initiatives.Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze partner performance and key metrics, delivering insights and recommendations to senior management for continued growth and optimization.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields. MBA preferred.5-7 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or key account management, with a strong focus on partner hunting and business development in fintech, payments, or technology sectors.Demonstrated success in identifying and onboarding strategic partners.Strong understanding of the payments landscape and relevant market trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities.
