Job Description
  1. Responsible for OES Sales & Business development for west region customers. Manage sales KPIs for given customer account like turnover, product price management, receivables, new Non-OE business acquisition for OES channel.
  2. Timely coordination for product readiness for OES channel in line with OE launches.  
  3. General Customer Account Management, market intelligence, planning and controlling of the customer account deliverables & oversee supplies (order to cash cycle).
  4. SPOC for given customer account, manage high level of customer relationship and CSL.
  5. Co-ordinate internally with delivery teams & other stake holders throughout the product life cycle.

Qualifications

B.E / B. Tech (Mechanical /  Production /  Automobile related)



Additional Information
  • Professional with about 5~7 years direct experience in handling customer accounts in Sales, project  areas.
  • Experience of dealing with OEMs, Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and interpersonal skill, lateral thinking, solution oriented, exposure to aftermarket
  • Commercial acumen & Entrepreneurial mindset
