What will you do


  • Drive Sales for the territory of AP & Telangana from Govt. Accounts.
  • Growing and developing existing clients through account specific growth strategies
  • Building strategic relationships with major customers & delivering high value to customers with an objective to have loyal and long lasting customers.
  • Playing an integral role in new business pitches to the C-Suite/Senior Executives & Group Purchasing Organizations
  • Being a central, pivotal point of contact for the Key Accounts
  • Driving alignment within the whole organization to implement a customer based mode of operation for delivering highest quality of services
  • Champion and Own the Account on following aspects – Strategy, Business Model, Order to Cash Cycle, Product Usage, Product Challenges – Customer Expectations vs Product Capabilities, Customer Value creation and Total Solutions Approach
  • Communicating Account strategy via Business Plan to align Senior leadership within Stryker and mobilize resources as needed

What you need


  • 5 plus yrs of experience into managing Govt key accounts.
  • Postgraduate in sales & Marketing will be preferred
  • Min 5 yrs & max 9 yrs of experience will be preferred
