Being a central, pivotal point of contact for the Key Accounts
Driving alignment within the whole organization to implement a customer based mode of operation for delivering highest quality of services
Champion and Own the Account on following aspects – Strategy, Business Model, Order to Cash Cycle, Product Usage, Product Challenges – Customer Expectations vs Product Capabilities, Customer Value creation and Total Solutions Approach
Communicating Account strategy via Business Plan to align Senior leadership within Stryker and mobilize resources as needed
What you need
5 plus yrs of experience into managing Govt key accounts.
Postgraduate in sales & Marketing will be preferred
Min 5 yrs & max 9 yrs of experience will be preferred
