Your key responsibilities as a Junior UX Engineer will include:

• Creating intuitive and seamless interaction designs by defining user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Ensuring that the designed solutions meet user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Implementing standard design principles and in-house design patterns and branding consistently across applications.
• Conducting thorough user research to understand the target audience, their needs, and pain points.
• Analyzing user data and feedback to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Junior UX Engineer:

• You must have at least 2 years of experience in UX design, creating personas, and using this data to inform your design decisions.
• You will have at least 2 years of experience with HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS pre-processing platforms such as LESS and SASS.
• You should have experience with graphic design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools for creating illustrations, icons, and graphic elements for web applications.
• You must be proficient in designing intuitive user interfaces, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups.
• You will need to understand aesthetic sensibility and the ability to create visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines.
