Job Description
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The role builds, operates and improves commonly required cloud capabilities. Supports and consults business IT teams about the usage of these platform(s) and services to focus on delivering value at high speed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Basic IT Experience
- knowledge of basics, experience of working on Linux/Window
- Basic Knowledge of Wintel (AD, DNS, DHCP), Networking Concepts
- Hands on L2 level of Troubleshooting to resolve operational issues.
- Preferred ITIL trained, can work on tickets/issue tracking and documentation environment (current mix of ASPEN, Zabbix, Grafana, Jira, Confluence)
Cloud Experience
- Basic AWS knowledge (Console/Support/Resource Limits/Budget), working with services like EC2, ELB, RDS, and S3
- Monitoring of AWS infrastructure, knowledge of monitoring tools like CloudWatch etc, manage custom event triggers, Custom logs etc.
- understand, deploy and maintain infrastructure tools for enterprise System Administration
- Basic understanding of automation tool (python knowledge preferred)
- Knowledge of at least one scripting language Shell or PowerShell.
- Preferred AWS Certified Solutions Architect trained/Certified
Service level management
• Monitors and logs the actual service provided, compared to that required by service level agreements.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient spoken and written command of English
- At least 1-year experience in Cloud Technologies
