Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce professional who can take on either a Senior Salesforce Administrator or Junior to Mid-Level Salesforce Developer role. The ideal candidate should have experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, automation, and development to support business processes efficiently. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to enhance and maintain Salesforce applications, optimize user experience, and ensure system stability.


About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of Salesforce experience in administration or development.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, standard/custom objects, automation tools, and reports/dashboards.
  • Experience working with data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ticketing systems like JIRA.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions independently.
  • Must have working experience in deploying the components into Git, Bitbucket via CI/CD automation with good idea on Salesforce Metadata Structure
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and API integrations is a plus.

  • Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I Certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience with CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Experience Cloud is a plus.
  • Knowledge of finance-related integrations such as NetSuite or Oracle EBS is beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment with tight deadlines.

What Will You Be Doing in This Role?


  • Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet business needs.
  • Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, security settings, and data access.
  • Develop automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers.
  • Create and enhance custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules.
  • Build custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and integrate with third-party applications.
  • Write optimized SOQL and SOSL queries for data retrieval and reporting.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance Salesforce solutions for performance and scalability.
  • Work with APIs and middleware tools to integrate Salesforce with external systems.
  • Conduct system testing, support UAT, and deploy changes using CI/CD tools like Git, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
  • Provide ongoing Salesforce support, troubleshooting, and training for end users.

About the Team:
We are a Salesforce Business Technology, Application Development team that support various mission-critical business processes.
 


Hours of Work:  


  • Fulltime 
  • 45 h/week- 2- 11 PM IST 
  • Hybrid working model
