WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You’ll work in our Gurugram office as part of our Global Client Finance practice.
You will work directly with finance leadership and colleagues within global client finance team across offices and regions, various stakeholders - partners and senior partners and across several administrative functions within the firm.
Working in a team supporting different geographies will allow you to learn from colleagues’ expertise and understand the financial context of our clients' work across multiple regions. This collaboration will oftentimes help you identify opportunities for alignment and therefore make you the driver of change on a global scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Our team of global client finance colleagues manage the economics of all client engagements for the firm globally.  
You will be the key team player and will make an immediate impact on the firm's engagement economics, finance processes as well as tools we use on a daily basis. Also as a team member you will be ensuring engagement activity is recorded properly in our financial systems throughout the full engagement lifecycle.
In this role, your responsibilities may include creation and assignment of project codes, drafting and submitting client invoices, applying cash receipts and vendor-related activities. You may assist with the monitoring of centralized mailboxes to provide first-level support to colleagues throughout the firm and external clients. You may provide and work on full-cycle engagement management for client capabilities with responsibilities including creation and review of project codes and invoicing as well as reviewing of monthly time and expenses charges. If needed, you will address inconsistencies to the partners and senior partners and propose solutions as may be required from time to time.
You will also support the broader client finance team/partner etc. as needed through data analysis and forecasting, ad hoc reporting, special projects and by providing support during internal and external audits or any other ad-hoc projects as may be required.
