Junior Officer E & I

Works on tasks, under close supervision, which support projects, processes and understanding which are used within JM, whilst undertaking a structured programme of training. Works under very close supervision with a daily focus.

• Day to day planning and execution of electrical/ instrument maintenance jobs in shifts.
• Coordinate with production and ensure minimal downtime as per target set
• Execute small modification job as required.
• Comply to all EHS requirements at site,
• Execute the Predictive and Preventive Maintenance of the plant equipment and machinery as per schedule.
• Trouble shooting of electrical panels, Control valves, ON/OFF valves, Transmitters, Positioners, indicators, AC / DC drives, motors and other electrical and instrumentation devices to ensure its maximum availability
• Troubleshooting of instruments like includes DCS, PLC’s, and Control room and Field instrumentation
• Monitor and manage spares in the engineering stores and ensure availability of critical spares whenever desired.
• Contribute to plant appearance and safety by executing all plant building maintenance activities.
• Maintaining the plant utilities equipment’s systems.
• Inspection, Testing, Calibration & Repairs of various instruments as per the schedule and requirements.
• Lead desired housekeeping standards in the respective area(s) of operation and adherence to safety norm in plant and workshop environment.
• Ensure that EMS requirements pertinent to the job role  are understood and complied with.
